Trudie is a spiritual development coach with Eleven Years in the spiritual development field supporting women to connect with their soul gifts and spirit guides whilst embracing their human.

After spending 11 Years in the Nursing profession Trudie decided that her true calling was supporting women in accessing their own tools for spiritual growth and well being, with a emphasis on mindset and energy healing.
